Particularly upsetting for Sweden because the Danish minister of defense neglected to mention that the NSA had also targeted Swedish politicians, when her Swedish counterpart grilled her about the NSA's operation against SAAB. Let's face it—the NSA's always gonna do fucked-up shit like this to friendly nations, and there'll never be any consequences for the US. But this may—and should—have implications for Denmark's relationships with friendly nations, such as Sweden and Germany.
