I've heard the term used when leaving high risk high reward markets to low reward low risk markets. IE Stocks to Money Markets.

Nineteen (19) elite, hotshot firefighters from Prescott, Arizona died yesterday while trying to build a break against raging wildfires. Apparently the wind took a 180 degree turn, which put them in direct line of fire.

We've had previous discussions about National Fire Service workers not having health insurance, and difficulties for Fire Fighters finding affordable health insurance. These are the people who run into burning buildings, or work on dangerous fire lines, in order to protect and save lives.

But the Insurance Industry hasn't been a friendly ally. Different definitions of Flight from Risk can become a dangerous thing....
