Four and a half hours! I'm posting this from the line, where I'm pitching a tent. Take that any way you'd like.
If only I could excite you as much as the game does.

Steam has Victoria II for $12 for the next ~12 hours. The DLC for a whooping 60 cents. Victoria 1 is $3.
Vic II is to much for me. Is the learning curve ok in Vic I for someone who has never played any of the strat games like this?
