No snow, no earthquakes, no tornados (outside of hurricanes). And frankly hurricanes are pretty easy to plan for.

I say that while working another shelter shift because Milton is posed to really fuck up my city. Something we haven't seen in 100+ years.

Tuesday sent an SMS to my manager that I will not come to work any longer as of the 25th and I asked her to make sure payment of my salary is ended per that date. I also told her I have no use for goodbye receptions etc. In reality I already stopped working, formally there's one week to go. I literally felt a burden dropping off. People around me say I seem more energetic.

I have no desire to influence anyone. I am set on drinking coffee under a tree watching the dogs misbehaving. Possibly I will do some travelling and visit family in other parts of the planet.
