1. Dread has been modding this group of people for > 5 years. He was elected to continue modding when TWF was set up because the vast majority of us respect his modding.

3. The reason why others here get away with behaviour far worse than what you have been allowed to is simply because they have been around a hell of a lot longer than you have. We and the modding staff know them well, know their behaviour, and also accept that they contribute far more to this community than you have so far shown willing.
