But I digress. Of course we all need to look out for each other! That's just part of being a compassionate fellow human being, a member of civil society, a good neighbor. But giving police "probable cause" shouldn't be the priority in the See Something Say Something arena.

Instead, it should mean that this guy would have been "seen" as a troubled individual well before he committed a crime, or police got involved. Phrasing his behavior as EVIL just compounds the problem. So what do you propose as the pre-crime solution, Lewk the Libertarian?
